Email is our support channel and we answer it ourselves, within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). We do not operate a phone line, so please write to us and include your order number.

What we do

Glycina is a direct-to-consumer brand selling Korean-formulated skincare, haircare, and bodycare. We sell online only, from our own store, and we ship from the United States. There are no physical retail locations.

Regulatory status of our products

Our products are cosmetics, regulated in the United States under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022, and labelled in line with the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act and applicable FDA cosmetic labelling rules.

They are intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Patch-test before first use and stop if irritation occurs.

Where our store lists a dietary supplement, that product is regulated as a dietary supplement rather than a cosmetic: statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prices, currency, and taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country, payable by the recipient.
