Glycina exists because good Korean skincare is easy to find and hard to trust.
Anyone who has fallen down the K-beauty rabbit hole knows the pattern. A formula gets popular in Seoul, and within a season there are forty versions of it — same claim on the front, wildly different work behind it. Some are the real thing. Plenty are a decent base with a famous-sounding ingredient added at a dose that does nothing but justify the label.
We got tired of guessing, so we built a small shelf instead of a big catalogue.
How we choose what to sell
- Korean formulation. Our products come from the Korean cosmetics supply chain — the one that has been iterating on barrier care, actives, and texture for two decades longer than most of the market.
- A job per product. Every item on this store does one clear thing: firm, brighten, plump, resurface, thicken, calm. If we cannot say what a product is for in a sentence, it does not go on.
- A shelf, not a warehouse. Under thirty products across skincare, haircare, and bodycare. We would rather answer for each one than list hundreds we have never used.
- Texture matters as much as the actives. A serum you do not enjoy putting on is a serum you stop using in week two, and skincare only works if you keep doing it.
What we will not do
We will not tell you a cream is medicine. Our products are cosmetics for external use — they can make skin look and feel markedly better, and they cannot treat a medical condition. Before-and-after photos on this store show what happened for one person; skin is individual and yours may respond differently, faster, slower, or not at all.
We say that plainly because the alternative — promising everyone the same result — is how this category earned its reputation.

How we ship
Orders leave our U.S. facility in 1–3 business days and reach U.S. addresses in 3–5 business days after that, up to 10 if a carrier has a bad week. Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order. Everything is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions on this store and nothing renews.
