Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a separate email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- United States: FREE shipping on all orders.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@glycina.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
