Our position on other people’s rights

Filing a copyright complaint

- Your contact details — name, address, and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to the same address with the corresponding information required under the DMCA, including your consent to jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury.
Repeat infringers
We may remove allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, terminate access for repeat infringers.
