These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of glycina.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Glycina (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and to provide accurate account and order information.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We strive to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, change prices, modify product formulations, and limit, cancel, or refuse quantities or orders at any time (including after an order is placed) where necessary. Product images and colors are for illustration and may vary. Products are offered in limited quantities and subject to availability.

3. Health & product disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Results vary by individual.

4. Orders & payment

By placing an order you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Orders are subject to acceptance. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact details accurate. Fraudulent orders and improper chargebacks may result in cancellation and recovery of costs.

5. Subscriptions & recurring billing

If you choose a “Subscribe & Save” option, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout (for example, monthly), until you cancel. Before each renewal we charge the then-current subscription price plus any applicable tax/shipping.

• You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next renewal via the link in your order emails or by emailing support@glycina.com.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund an order already processed (those are covered by our Refund Policy).
• We’ll notify you of any change to your subscription price or terms before it takes effect.

6. Shipping & returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (90-Night Keep-It Guarantee).

7. Marketing & SMS

If you opt in to email or SMS, you consent to receive marketing messages at the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in emails. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Glycina and may not be used without our written permission. Any feedback or submissions you send us may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

10. Third-party tools & links

The Site may provide third-party tools and links “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glycina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue and will not exceed $500 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Glycina harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Termination & severability

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Glycina operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes & entire agreement

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Glycina regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements.
