These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of glycina.com (the “Site”) and anything you buy from us. The Site and the Glycina brand are operated by Luvid LLC, 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States (“Glycina”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the details you give us are accurate and your own.

2. Products, prices, and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour, texture, and finish can still look different on your screen than in your hand, and packaging is updated from time to time. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after it is placed — where an error, a stock problem, or suspected fraud makes that necessary. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. What our products are — and are not

Our skincare, haircare, and bodycare products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Follow the directions on the product page and on the packaging, patch-test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation appears. Individual results vary, and before-and-after imagery on the Site shows individual outcomes rather than a promise of the same result for you. If you are pregnant, nursing, using prescription topicals, or under the care of a dermatologist, check with them first.

If you buy a dietary supplement listed on the Site, that product is regulated as a dietary supplement: statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order authorises us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable tax. An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance — the contract forms when we ship. Keep your payment and contact details accurate. Fraudulent orders and improper chargebacks may lead to cancellation and to recovery of the costs involved.

5. One-time purchases only

We do not sell subscriptions. There is no auto-ship, no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, and no membership fee anywhere on this store. You are charged once, for the order you place, at the total shown at checkout. Any bundle or multi-item offer is a single one-time purchase.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and the flat $6.99 rate are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy: 90 days from delivery, and you never pay return shipping.

7. Email and SMS

If you opt in, you consent to receive marketing messages at the address or number you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. Unsubscribe from any email using the link at its foot, or reply STOP to any SMS. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, a photo, or a suggestion, you grant us permission to use it in connection with the brand without payment. Please only submit material that is yours to give. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, logos, photography, video, and design — belongs to or is licensed by Luvid LLC and may not be reproduced without our written permission. See our Legal Notice and DMCA & Copyright Policy.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site unlawfully, to infringe anyone’s rights, to scrape or overload it, to introduce harmful code, or to interfere with its security or operation.

11. Third-party links and tools

The Site uses third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics, reviews) and may link to third-party sites. Those are provided as-is; we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Review their terms and privacy policies yourself.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glycina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Luvid LLC against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Talk to us at support@glycina.com before starting any formal dispute — we settle almost everything by email.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes are posted here with a new “last updated” date.
