We want you to love Glycina. If you don’t, we make it easy to get your money back. This policy explains your return, refund, and subscription-cancellation rights for purchases made on glycina.com.

90-Night Keep-It Guarantee

Try Glycina for up to 90 nights from the date your order is delivered. If it’s not right for you, contact us for a full refund of the product price — and you can keep the bottle. You do not need to ship anything back.

It works for most people, and individual results vary — which is exactly why the guarantee exists.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@glycina.com within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the email used to place the order.
  3. We’ll confirm and process your refund — no return shipping required.

Refund timeframe

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout (e.g., monthly). You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next renewal:

  • Manage your subscription from the link in any order email, or
  • Email support@glycina.com and we’ll handle it.

Cancellations take effect for future renewals. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are covered by the 90-Night Keep-It Guarantee above.

  • The guarantee applies to the product price and covers one refunded order per customer.
  • Any shipping charges paid (on orders under $75) are non-refundable; orders $75+ ship free.
  • This policy applies to purchases made directly on glycina.com.
