How much magnesium is in each serving?
400mg of magnesium bisglycinate per 2-gummy serving — disclosed on the Supplement Facts panel. The dose on the bottle is the dose you get.
What form of magnesium do you use?
One named form: magnesium bisglycinate (chelate) — a gentle, well-absorbed form that’s easy on the stomach. No “proprietary blend.”
Is there melatonin?
No — Glycina is melatonin-free, designed to support a calm wind-down without a groggy morning.
How much sugar? Is it vegan?
0g sugar (stevia-sweetened), vegan pectin, non-GMO, soft raspberry flavor.
Is it third-party tested? Can I see the COA?
Yes — every batch is third-party tested with a certificate of analysis (COA) on file, tested clean for heavy metals, made in a GMP facility. Email support@glycina.com for your batch’s COA.
How do I take it, and when will I notice a difference?
Take 2 gummies about 30–60 minutes before bed. Many people notice a calmer wind-down within the first week, with the most benefit over 2–4 weeks. It works for most people; individual results vary.
Should I check with my doctor?
If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before use.

Can I change my next delivery date or quantity?
Yes — manage it from your subscription link or just email us and we’ll adjust your next date or quantity.
When am I billed?
Before each renewal, at the price and interval shown when you subscribed (plus any applicable tax/shipping). We’ll let you know before any price change.
I’d rather not subscribe — can I buy once?
Of course. Pick “One-time purchase” — no subscription, no auto-billing. Bundles (Buy 2 Get 1, Buy 3 Get 2) are available one-time too.

How fast do you ship?
Orders process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing. Full shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Free on U.S. orders $75 and over. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout (typically $5.99).
Where’s my order / how do I track it?
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it’s been more than 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States at this time.

I entered the wrong address.
