Currency and tax
All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country, payable by the recipient.
Shipping charge
Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, added at checkout and shown before you pay. It is refunded along with the order if you use the 90-day guarantee for the whole order.
When you are charged
Once, at the moment you place the order, for the total shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions on this store — no auto-ship, no recurring billing, no renewals, no membership fee. Bundles and multi-item offers are single one-time purchases.
Security
Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment is declined, it is almost always your bank’s fraud check rather than anything on our side — try again or use another method, and write to us if it keeps happening.
On your statement
Charges appear as “Glycina” or a similar descriptor. If you see something you do not recognise, email support@glycina.com with the date and amount before opening a dispute — we can usually identify it within a business day and refund it on the spot if it was ours in error.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. See the Refund & Returns Policy for the 90-day guarantee.
