When you’re charged
One-time orders are charged when you place the order. Subscription orders are charged automatically before each renewal at the price and interval shown at checkout — you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime (see our Terms and Help Center).
Statement descriptor
Charges appear on your statement as “Glycina” (or a similar descriptor). If you don’t recognize a charge, email support@glycina.com and we’ll help.
